Where will my session be helD?

Family photo sessions can be held close to your home, or at a location that reflects the personal style you’re trying to achieve. To assist in finding the right style for your family session feel free to check out this location guide. There you will find different themes of outdoor locations that are excellent backdrops for family sessions.

What if it rains?

Let me just preface by saying that we will be in constant conversation about the weather if it looks like the weather might be less than ideal. In the instance of unfortunate weather “raining on our parade” I will make every effort to reschedule the session in a timely manner at no additional cost.

How long is the gallery turn around?

Images can be expected to be turned around within 2 weeks. Any deviance in this time frame will be clearly communicated beforehand.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?

As your Cypress family photographer I think the biggest advice I can offer with choosing outfits is DON’T STRESS. You’d be surprised at what you have in your closets right now that will create beautiful outfits without having to purchase an entirely new wardrobe.

What should we wear? (cont.)

-Stick to one (maybe two) stand out colors in your outfits. We don't want to try to steal focus.

-Textures and layers add depth. Heathered shirts, textured blouses, or jackets/cardigans are really simple ways to add visual interest without being too distracting.

-Fill in the gaps with neutrals. Neutrals can be denim, khaki, grays, tans, blacks, whites, or even certain subdued colors like navy, or a subtle army green.
